Is this a contract?

Yes. Aptive is licensed and bonded, and has a full warranty. In order to ensure all these things for you, we have to have an agreement in place for the first 18 months.

What if I still see pests?

At Aptive, we don’t claim to be a perfect company or hire perfect people, but we like to think we have a perfect warranty. If you ever see any warrantied pests between treatments, or need extra service for any reason, we will come back to service your property at no additional cost.

Do I need to leave the house when you service or spray inside?

You do not need to leave the comfort of your home when we come treat your house.

If I decide I’m not ready for the service or want an alternate time, can I change my appointment date?

Yes, you can respond to our reminder texts or use your customer portal.

Are payments automatically charged to my card?

We only charge for work done. We have auto pay options that will charge after a job is completed.

Will you notify me before you do a service?

Yes. We will always notify you before doing a treatment via email and text the week before and day before a treatment.
